On the product side, Zhuoxin Lighting has realized that 100 of the full series of LED lamps meet the requirements of IEC 62471 Photobiological Safety Standard and RoHS 2.0 Directive, and have passed UL, CE, CB, SAA and other international certifications. Its self-developed 'EcoCore' high-efficiency drive technology has improved the overall lighting efficiency of commercial downlights and track lights to more than 145 lm/W, saving more than 25% of the industry average. The 'GreenLine' modular commercial lighting system launched in 2023 uses replaceable optical components and tool-free quick-release structure to extend the life cycle of the lamp by more than 3 times and significantly reduce the carbon footprint of the entire life cycle.

At the manufacturing end, the company will complete the double certification of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 50001 Energy Management System in 2022, and will build a rooftop distributed power station with a photovoltaic installed capacity of 1.8MW, with an annual power generation of about 2.1 million degrees, covering more than 65% of the power demand in the plant area. The closed-loop water cooling system and VOCs online monitoring device will be activated simultaneously to realize zero direct discharge of industrial wastewater and 92% reduction of volatile organic compounds. In addition, Zhuoxin Lighting and South China University of Technology have jointly established a "Green Lighting Joint Laboratory", focusing on lead-free solder replacement, application of recycled aluminum and development of bio-based packaging materials. At present, die castings containing 30% recycled aluminum have been applied on a large scale in new ceiling lamps.

At the level of social responsibility, the company has released the ESG Progress Report for five consecutive years, publicly disclosing key indicators such as carbon intensity, waste recovery rate and employee green skills training coverage. Starting from 2024, Zhuoxin Lighting has launched the' Light for Future' public welfare program, donating solar LED classroom lights to rural schools and supporting low-carbon popular science courses for young people. So far, it has benefited 86 rural schools in 17 provinces across the country.
